Scones : Recipe from BMSC kitchen
16 cups all purpose flour
8 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
2 cups sugar (granulated)
2 cups powder milk
3 cups butter or margarine
8 eggs
5 cups ice water (cold) estimated
1. Mix all dry ingredients + butter to combine together about 1 minute. (paddle)
2. Add eggs one at a time. then stop
3. Add ice water (mix gentle and very quick or do it by hand) check all flour combine and texture before add frozen fruits or fresh fruits:
4. Use ice cream scoop mixed dough to baking sheet. sprinkle with light sugar and bake at 300 F low for about 12-20 minutes depends on size.
