Making Pad Thai Sauce and Pad Thai Chili Paste First we boil Tamarind paste with water. Until tamarind paste is very soft. Then we use a strainer to get a liquid. Fry red onion with oil. Add fried red onion into Tamarind sauce. (Tamarind, Palm sugar, salt and fish sauce} Dried big chill soak in warm water until soft. Blend chili with onion and oil then fry to get Pad Thai Chili Paste. Coarsely chopped cashew nuts and peanuts. Cooking Pad Thai Favourite Tamarind flavour – Pad Thai Prepare all ingredients (you have) near by the cooking stove. First : fry onion, pickled turnip, tofu and meat. Set aside and the add rice noodles with water. After rice noodles is completely cooked. Add Chili paste and tamarind sauce. After rice noodle combine with tamarind sauce well, push to one side to add some oil and eggs. Nathalie is cooking her first Pad Thai dish.
