Lemon Loaf

Lemon Loaf : BMSC kitchen recipe
Lemon Loaf (make 4 loaves)
1 tsp Baking powder
6 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
8 whole eggs
3.5 cups sugar
6 Lemons zest
6 Lemon Juice
1 1/3 cups sour cream
2 cups melted butter
3/4 cup Water
Blueberry frozen (option)
Method
Butter and light flour 4 loaf pans
Place all dry ingredients in one large bowl. beat eggs lightly and combine with wet ingredients in another bowl.
Make a well in dry ingredients and add all wet ingredients at once. combine gently with spatula until just mixed. a few streaks of unmixed flour is a good thing)
Divide evenly into loaf pans (can add frozen blueberry in middle)
Bake at 325 F low fan until tooth pick comes out clean. Transfer to rack.
