I was in love with this Norwegian Torte from Randi Johansen, She is Norwegian and she taught me how to prepare for this delicious dessert. Randi settled down in Prince Rupert for many years and enjoy the life style of the rain forest city. After I taste her special dessert she made for a special holiday meal she made me feel like I was sitting in Oslo. The recipe is simple and mostly people love it. The best treat for a special day.
