Greetings from Nass Valley..
Today I would like to invite you to spice up your dinner with Thai beef salad. Simple with a hint of spicy Thailand.
Ingredients (Make 2 portions or 4 small portions)
300 grams (estimated) Beef tenderloin or your preference (I used 3 pieces of tenderloin), season with sea salt, black pepper and olive oil before grilling.
3-5 Red tomatoes, cut to the style you prefer
1 cucumber, cut to the style you prefer
1/2 cup Red onion slices
2-3 Spring onions, cut 1 1/2 inches long or bite site
Preparation
- Grill beef to your preference. (For me I sometimes do it well done so I will not see the juicy red blood running.. I normally broil in the oven). After the beef cooked, slices in bite size.
- In a mixing bowl, add cut cucumber, spring onion, red onion and tomatoes and slices grilled beef. Add Thai chili dressing 3-4 Tablespoon or more and toss. Transfer to serving plate and garnish with coriander, chili strips.
Thai chilis dressing (Make 1/2 cup dressing)
1-11 Fresh Thai chili
1/4 cup Fresh lime juice
1/4 cup Fish sauce
1/8 cup granulated sugar
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients together until fine with blender.
