My Thai culinary education background. I successfully completed the Professional Course on Traditional Thai Cooking in year 2003-2004 at The Oriental Hotel Bangkok.

Additionally I have the following culinary work experienced in Thailand. {before I move to live and work in Canada}

  • November 2006 to August 2009 as Commis II, Western Kitchen / Italian / Indian and Lebanese cuisine), Lebua At State Tower, Bangkok
  • November 2004 to November 2005 as 3rd cook, French kitchen, Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi, Chiangmai
  • August 2003 to July 2004 studied Traditional Thai Cooking Apprenticeship program, The Oriental Hotel Bangkok
  • July 2000 to July 2003 as Chef’s secretary/Food and Beverage secretary, The Westin Riverside Plaza Chiang Mai (currently change to another group)
